Overview

The Safety Star Program, launched in 2020, is an initiative by USAE designed to enhance engagement in our Safety and Health Program among employees at all levels of the organization. The program's objective is to emphasize that the success of the Safety and Health Program depends on everyone's active involvement. By showing employees that their ideas for improvement are valued and appreciated, the program fosters greater participation and helps reduce workplace accidents.

Throughout the year, select individuals are presented with the Safety Star award, which recognizes those who consistently demonstrate leadership in safety, innovation in risk management, and a commitment to creating a culture of protection and care for their colleagues. This collaborative effort strengthens USAE's safety culture.
