Business Development Manager - Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) for the Corporate Office in Oldsmar, FL. Position requires actual MMRP experience; environmental cleanup experience is a plus. This individual will be responsible for conceiving and executing business development actions to assist in the management and completion of all business development activities at a senior level. These actions include identifying company strengths and weaknesses, developing company objectives, and developing strategic plans in order to achieve business opportunities, growth, and financial profitability. He/she will develop new business and retain and expand existing contracts in strategically defined business segments. The Business Development Manager will cooperatively interact with all internal departments, lead proposals and write corporate organization sections, develop a broad customer base in defined market segment or areas, and provide independent and in-depth assessment/viewpoint relating to new business/follow-on pursuits for senior staff.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of Marketing/Business Development experience with at least 2-4 years in MMRP. A technical background (e.g. engineer or PM) with MMRP experience would be considered. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related or technical field (e.g. Environmental) is required. He/she must have prior experience working on RFP responses to Federal/DoD Agencies and the preparation and management of proposals. The individual shall be technically-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to establish long term relationships with customers, possess exceptional personal presentation skills and be a team player. Will be required to travel at least 20-40% of the time. Prior business development interaction with Government agencies strongly preferred; interaction with DoD agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Navy extremely helpful. This individual will work closely with the President and Senior Management in developing company key pursuits, capture plans and the cultivation and maintenance of all customers.

Given recent contract wins and anticipated 2017 growth, USA is currently seeking a Full Time Accounting Manager for its Oldsmar, FL Corporate Office. The Accounting Manager will supervise the accounting staff in areas of payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and operations support, and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This individual will address tight deadlines and perform a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger reconciliation; state and territory tax research, calculations and payment remittance, workers’ compensation calculations and monthly postings; 401(k) contribution transmittal and account reconciliations, year-end non-discriminatory testing and 5500 submittals; VISA and American Express corporate card postings and payments; and month-end financial close assistance. The Accounting Manager will have contact several times a year with CPA, DCAA and other external auditors. This individual is responsible to help enhance the careers of the Accounting personnel through webinars, certification classes and other educational and career enhancement programs.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with 3-5 years in an Accounting Manager or Supervisor role. A BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field of study is required. Microsoft Office proficiency to include medium/advanced Excel skills necessary. Must have a strong financial and accounting background, be extremely detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Prior Government and/or DoD contractor experience, tax experience, and familiarity with Cost Plus, Milestone Payments, and FFP Invoicing needed. Job cost accounting experience, Deltek GCS Software, and Impromptu Report Writer preferred. Individual must be a self-starter and have solid interpersonal skills allowing cohesive team work with subordinates, co-workers and customers.
